RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Easy Return in Australia

We want your order to meet all of your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from us for any reason, we will be pleased to offer exchanges or returns as long as the conditions listed below are met:

-not embroidered on the clothing

-Items have not been worn or washed.

-Item has not been modified or customised in any way.

 All we ask is for any returned unwanted item(s) to be fully resalable, with all packing, tags, etc. still present where appropriate. Regarding  Australia returns choices, kindly refer to the helpful article below:

How to do exchanges:

  1. Customers can send their products for exchange via courier.

  2. If a consumer requests delivery, they are responsible for paying for it.
  3. ABC WORKWEAR AUSTRALIA will cover the cost of return postage if the product is defective.

OTHER CONDITIONS

If the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order, we reserve the right and complete discretion to prohibit you from enjoying free returns.Damage occuring from your usage of the goods or normal wear and tear is not covered by our policy on returns and exchanges. This includes damage that is special, unintentional, or random.

We regret to notify you that if none of the aforementioned requirements are satisfied, we will be unable to accept any requests for refunds or exchanges, even if the items have been returned to us via mail.

1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All exchanges and refunds must be requested within 10 days of the invoice date. There is a possibility to swap local delivery at any of our boutiques via our online store at www.abcworkwear.com.au. However, all return requests must be made entirely online at www.abcworkwear.com.au.

2. ONLINE EXCHANGES & RETURNS

2.1 You must send the item(s) in their original packing and condition, along with your original invoice.

2.2 Please print the Exchange/Return Request Form, complete it, and follow the instructions on it for your exchange.

2.3 Send us your package using a traceable method of delivery.

2.4 Once your online store credit voucher is prepared, wait for our email confirmation, at which point you will be informed. After receiving your package, the processing time is typically 5 working days.

2.5 Online Store Credit Vouchers are the only payment method accepted for all return requests. Your 30-day online store credit voucher can be applied to your subsequent online purchases. It is categorically not refundable, extendable, exchangeable for cash, or exchangeable for gift cards to boutiques. The online Store Credit Voucher is only usable online; it cannot be applied to purchases made in our retail boutiques.

2.6 Credit for online shops A single transaction must be made using a voucher; any unused portion will not be returned.

2.7 Credit for Online Store Vouchers will be issued at the product’s purchase price as shown on the original invoice. Delivery fees incurred for the first, returned, and subsequent shipping of exchanged items will not be refunded.

2.8 However, ABC WORKWEAR AUSTRALIA will pay for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you if any of the received goods are determined to be defective or a mistaken shipment. Please be aware that all exchanges are contingent upon stock availability. While we will make every effort to ship your replacement item(s) back to you,  ABC WORKWEAR AUSTRALIA reserves the right to substitute an item(s) of comparable value, provide online store credits, or use any other means it deems appropriate.

3. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 All returns and exchanges for a given item are only permitted once.

3.2 We retain the right to prevent you from benefiting from free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are the same item(s) as an earlier order.

3.3 Unique, unintentional, or random damage that results from your usage of a product or normal wear and tear of a product is not covered by our return and exchange policy.

3.4 ABC WORKWEAR AUSTRALIA provides no explicit or implied guarantees, such as those of merchantability, quality, conformity with description, and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to any product.

3.5 All decisions made by ABC WORKWEAR AUSTRALIA  is final
